It was very easy to learn how to create our own approvals. There is nothing I dislike about this product. If you are looking for a simple way to approve documents, this may be what you need. We were able to keep track of who had signed off on each document and when it was approved. This allowed us to have a complete history of all documents that we used as well as being able to see when they were last reviewed by someone.
