Visual Approvals Review

The ability to add custom validation rules as needed. I really like that you can drag and drop from other applications in order to use them as your own. It was very easy to learn how to create our own approvals. There is nothing I dislike about this product. If you are looking for a simple way to approve documents, this may be what you need.
