Overall good system with room for improvement
I like that Presswise allows me to track my print jobs in one place, as well as create reports for easy monitoring of my production. The interface could be improved. It's not intuitive at first glance. I do like how you can set up alerts for different triggers such as when a job fails, it is late, etc. I haven't used any other product like this, but I think they are similar. We use Presswise to track our print jobs and monitor them from start to finish. This allows us to make sure we don't miss deadlines or exceed our quotas.

- Good customer service staff who help walk new users through their system.
- Tracking features allow tracking statuses easily by entering keywords into search bar located within dashboard section; also makes keeping records simple with ease!
- Reports function shows important data clearly without making things complicated great way organize everything visually before reviewing report
