The ability to make changes easily from our front office makes this software very flexible without having to go deep in customization when required. We have used different printers for short durations of time as needed but did not use it longer than 4 months because we were looking at other options and found that there was nothing else close enough compared with what we already knew about their ease of setup process. I would highly recommend trying them out if you're considering using one. They

PressWise is a great product. It's user friendly and has many features. I dislike that they are not as good on the mobile app. I wish you could access all the features of the website on the mobile app. Other than that, it is a great tool. I like that Presswise allows me to track my print jobs in one place, as well as create reports for easy monitoring of my production. The interface could be improved. It's not intuitive at first glance. I do like how you can set up alerts for different triggers such as when a job fails, it is late, etc. I haven't used any other product like this, but I think they are similar.
