Very cool article - BUT it needs a 30 cent mod to work.
Definitely quality parts, bolts and locknuts and the right Allen key you need to put it all together (you will also need a wrench). Thanks to all the mounting options, I was able to place the plate in exactly the right spot on the bumper. There were no instructions, but it was easy to understand. BUT no matter how I tightened the supplied screw, the panel didn't stay flat. So I went to my local ACE hardware store and bought a Star washer for 30 cents. The board is now solid. Dewhel really should have a star disc in the kit. But it was an easy and cheap solution.
