TO UPDATE. After many attempts with these lights, something is wrong.

UPDATE - Contacted the company and they sent a new set of bulbs with no problems and they work! After many attempts with these lamps, something is wrong. Either the internal wiring is reversed or the bulb is missing. Daytime running lights not working!
