I bought four of these because I noticed that the same make and model are being worn by the guy browsing kayaks on You Tube. I like the side zip which allows the central pocket to be perfect for easy access to my phone. Our family uses our buoyancy aids when using both kayaks and paddle kayaks and these vests are comfortable for any type of kayak. The arm section allows for easy movement. Adjustments are easy - if you buy this and don't like the initial fit, play with it a little. It is adjustable in all directions. My wife gave 8/10 and I 10/10. We have four of these and when we need more vests we buy more. All buoyancy aids have volume - this is a vest to wear all day.
