Review on πŸ“¦ Poly Triangle Trailer Box by Dee Zee - DZ91717P by Jaymai Alford

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a great addition to my 6 " x 12 " utility trailer

It took me a while to finally break down and buy a utility box and I settled on this Dee ZEE trailer. This is a great addition to my 6 x 12 foot utility trailer. I've listed the categories below as they relate to what I wanted/needed and felt was important: PRICE: I needed a secure container that wouldn't break the bank. I got it from DEE ZEE. I bought it for just over $100 which was reasonable for me given its size. SIZE: We needed a bin big enough to hold accessories/tools but not too big to add to the overall trailer weight. This particular container worked great - L: 36" (back); L: 18.25" (front) x W: 18.75" x H: 18" and volume: 6 cubic feet. that's how easy it is. However, I would like to mention that one of the metal screws that came with it broke. Needless to say I had to pull it out and buy another screw to replace the weak/faulty one provided; Therefore only 4.5 stars. DURABILITY: Since the construction is plastic/polyurethane, I don't have to worry about rusting - we had our first cold weather in North Carolina last week, so we'll see how those frigid conditions affect the plastic. . The locking latch is made of stainless steel, making it durable and rust-resistant. Despite all caution, my tools and accessories have not yet caused any damage inside. Although it's not waterproof, it didn't let water through on rainy days and when I rinsed it with water. And for its size, it's actually quite light. Overall, the biggest advantage was the material it was made of and the fact that it could be locked. I am very happy with the purchase and expect this well made piece to serve me for many years. Well done by DZ
