Not what I expected. I fall with them, go down; I still get injuries from rubbing the skin against the inner tissue as it curls up. I bought the 187 Killers elbow pads as a replacement and you can tell the difference from day one. The 187 Killers Pad is much more comfortable and I don't have exposed skin. Also, I assume that the stiffness of my new elbow pad will prevent weird twisting of the elbow pad like the Pro-Tec elbow pad does. I have four other Pro-Tec products in total, but at least to save my elbows in high-speed situations, I would have no hesitation in switching to the 187 killer pads.
