I love this scale. It's really easy to set up and after that you don't even have to think much about it. I just step on it when I wake up in the morning and get on with my day. All data is displayed as if by magic in the Garmin Connect app. This is great if you already use other Garmin products like watches. I recently received a good fitness watch from another brand as a gift. I use this watch, but I still use the Garmin Connect app to see the weight and other metrics from the scale. There are several apps that sync your Garmin Connect weight with other services, so you don't feel stuck in the Garmin ecosystem. I have to say that I like the Garmin software better than the other brand watches I own, but it was a top notch watch so I use it.
