Defective, used and missing parts for installation.
I have several wonderful children's goals in my house. I have ordered this gate twice and had problems both times. Recently I received a gate with 70% of the installation kit missing. I finally called and received excellent service with replacement parts being shipped which took 7-10 days to arrive. The gate itself is bent, dirty, sticky and looks like it has been in use for 2 years. I installed it and it only closes one way and up or down (not both). As expensive as this gate was compared to others, I had too many problems. I would go with other KidCo products but stay away from this one.
