This rug is very soft and beautiful! It looks well made and modern with a nice non-slip bottom. However, no matter what I try, I can't get the fold lines right. If they sent the carpet rolled up, the result for the customer would be significantly better. Also, be careful if you have a cat. The fibers of the fabric will stretch and ruin this carpet if they scratch it with their claws. I managed to save mine before the kitten really did too much damage. The hooks could be persuaded to return to their place. I really like this rug, so I will continue to try to smooth out the creases and bring it out only when the company guests and the kitten hide.
