Review on Whiteside 3019 Router Bit Template by Robert Gilbert

I really like whiteside cutters but I really like this one. The shear mass of this thing is great for cutting with almost no vibration. I just used it on 1-1/2" hard surface material for the first time. Using a large Festool 2200 I cut 1/8" in one pass. I was planning on making a flat pass to get rid of the chatter but to my surprise there wasn't one. Then I got really mad and tried to lose 3/8" in one go. There really weren't any issues with this chisel, but I had to do one more pass to remove the tiny, almost insignificant chatter. The key to this is to use a BIG router and keep the RPM low.
