Review on Cycle Force Cycling Helmet Reflective by Fuzzhead Nelson

This seller, Cycle Force, should be banned from Revain. I placed an order on May 2nd. I received a label creation notification for my product from UPS on May 9th (If you are a UPS MyChoice member, you will receive this type of notification; FedEx offers the same features on its services). UPS did not receive the item until May 13th. I even got emails from Revain saying they couldn't confirm my order was shipped around 3am on the 9th and a label was printed later that day. I received another one saying it couldn't be verified that it was on its way the same day it was handed over to UPS. Both suggested I decline. As if the seller had received the same notification from Revain and only acted on those emails. After all, it was delivered on May 15th, so the delivery time is not UPS's fault. This has NEVER happened to me with a seller on Revain. To add to the injury, the helmet was stuffed into a box that was too small for the item, causing the box to bulge, and when I pulled the helmet into the box, I found a few scuffs on the helmet as if it were been used or dropped. . This certainly makes me question the integrity of the helmet as this may have caused microscopic stress cracks that compromised the integrity of the foam. For the same reason, you replace a child car seat after a car crash, no matter how small. I will not be returning the product as getting a refund from them will probably be harder than just dropping the bait and walking away. I will never buy anything from Cycle Force again. The helmet fits well and is easy to adjust. The reflective surface appears to be there, but trying to test something like this is a little tricky. Overall I am happy with the helmet. I'm taking off a star because the back where you tighten the helmet lights up, but barely holds with cheap double sided tape. I don't expect it to last. Also, the reflective lining seemed to be either too hot or not hot enough to stick to the helmet as the edges were deformed in some places.
