it works to step down 24v/36v/48v

I asked earlier if stepping down from 24v to 12v would work and two people told me no. When I saw what I wanted to use it for, 36v was about 70% of the devices I had it plugged into, I went ahead and got it. works by stepping down from 36v to 12v. I once had a 24v forklift at my work place and tried that, it works the same as stepping down. could run a bit warmer, but I don't mind if a 6" motor controller fan is nearby (I also wired it to the circuit. I wired it to a short jumper for forklift battery connectors, 350 connectors. Then it is output at 12V DC - 120VAC to power laptop, phone and 20 inch fan.
