Disappointed with the air outlet

Bought to replace an old fan in my RV. I've been really looking forward to it because of the possibilities of USB when we're on the air. Unfortunately, these fans don't blow much air at all. In fact, they didn't seem to move the air. After returning them, I found something locally that releases a lot more air.

Pros

Convenient: car fans come with quality adhesive stickers to attach the fan to the dashboard or armrest area

Rpms went up and down alot won't use it don't trust the safety of it
