My old Sony headphones on the right still work, just old and worn. Needed a spare pair. Indicated: Sony headphones for iPhone11 Ordered declared. Except for the blue coating around the insertion tip, the new headphones look the same in all nooks and crannies. I've tried all configuration settings, restarted, etc. Oriental accent, headphones on, but the sound is very low and difficult to hear. I'm disappointed as it was definitely not tested before shipping. Now I need to figure out how to contact the seller, return the item for a working pair, or get my money back and try another seller...
