Touch isn't working and the company isn't responding to help requests

According to the instructions on the Waveshare wiki, this thing isn't working. My experience is that the touchscreen doesn't work whether you use the default Raspian Jessie and add drivers or use the Waveshare image. The display itself works, but don't touch it. Also, my official Raspberry Pi Wi-Fi dongle doesn't work while the screen is connected to the Pi. I tried the screen on Raspberry Pi B, Raspberry Pi 2 B and Raspberry Pi Zero. Also, I can't get the company to respond to email inquiries. I plan to give the company another day or two to respond and if there is no response I will be returning this and the case I bought for it.
