Works great, but not easy to set up.

This nice device does its job perfectly - once it hit the chassis. There was no install specifically for Windows 10 so I found one for Windows XP and it worked fine. I have used it successfully with no problems. Coming back to the setup - that was the problem. This modem comes with a CD with several different installers and through trial and error I found one that works. A printed installation and instruction manual should have been included and if it was well written and easy to understand it would really help.
