I've been using this for a few months and regret throwing it in the trash. The top doesn't hold up well. If used near a full canister, care must be taken when pouring. When pouring with a press, not only horizontally, the attachment often falls onto a cup or mug. Probably once in 10 or 12 uses the press will drip onto the surface where the cup sits. The product looks good, has the right mesh size for a good coffee, but the top is poorly designed and doesn't fit. I'm tired of cleaning up after spills.
