All I can say is wow. I have a 2007 Honda Civic. Manual gearbox coupe. It makes a difference for the low end torque. I can leave it in a higher gear and no longer get stuck at low revs. And when I want to get up and drive off, it gets really peppy at higher revs compared to the stock. It also makes my exhaust look a bit dealer, and I've noticed that when combined with previous shifts, I'm already getting about 3mpg more than stock. It's a bit pricey, but it brings a lot more air and a lot cooler air compared to the standard. Instructions followed and installation went smoothly.
