One hub failed after just a few months. Customer service has become a joke. I tell them it's noisy and they say send pics. So I disassemble the truck and send them pictures and remind them that there is no noise in the pictures but I'll give them what they asked for. Now they tell me that company protocol requires a written request from an ASE certified workshop and the defective part to be returned (at my expense). Well, why didn't you tell me before you forced me to take the truck apart to send completely useless pics!? Just a means of dragging you until they are within warranty. If you're taking a chance by purchasing this bearing hub, know that your hopes for a warranty premium are wasted.
