2004 F150 Lariat Double Cab. It was necessary to reset the tank and needed this thing. Again, if you pay attention, OEM is more supportive. I had to insert a spring to keep the tube from bending. So keep in mind this is similar but not exactly an OEM replacement. Works but needs improvement
