Great for sales prospect identification and lead generation

I like how it can store customer's information (including phone number) as well as their preferences about which agent they'd want next time or who would be best at closing deals with them when contacting them via automated calls. It has helped me out immensely while building my business by being able to easily identify people most likely interested in what you're offering so that your follow up efforts are much easier than if you only had info from just one source. The GUI isn't super easy to get used too but once familiarized, its simplicity makes getting things done very efficient! Customer contact data entry is made quick & simple since we don't have access to client databases of customers to search through - plus this allows us to customize each individual account profile even further based off input provided during onboarding process. Automation works great as well when.

  • Ease of use..easy uploads into database system etc., good reporting capabilities..etc...and excellent support team available 24x7 hours per day 365 days year round :)
