looks well assembled and arrived in good condition but after digging I found out you need to be sure you are using a real PI module with imx219 as it contains a cryptographic chip. The Pi Foundation has locked the drivers in such a way that they only boot the camera if the chip is found in all modules except the compute units. This camera doesn't have a chip so it won't be recognized and won't even work on the Pi. I learned it the hard way.
