2018 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn confirmed to fit. Fronts: I installed with two factory bolts to get into position, marked the spot and drilled a hole in the inner factory plastic wheel arch. Then screw in using the short Phillips head. Rear: Install with 2 factory bolts without removing the tire OR with a heated nail trick, I just drilled from the back of the wheel arch and it worked great. Just like the reviews say, I used window sealant and applied a bead to every part that came in contact with the truck (the less the better). To be honest I wish I had put them on 20,000 miles ago and saved my paintwork from stone chipping. I would buy again!
