Don't chill the wine enough
You just don't chill the wine enough. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes until the product is warmed up but the wine is not the right temperature. I didn't use a thermometer, but I know it's not where it should be. I bought these for an RV because I can't take a wine cooler with me, but they just don't work properly.
