Review on Ministry Scheduler Pro by Tim Beckett
A good solution if your organization does large scale events
The ability to schedule in multiple locations at once is very helpful when trying to accommodate different volunteer needs. It takes some time to get used to the software, but once you have figured out how to do things, it is very user friendly. If you are looking for an online scheduler that has a lot of features, this one is probably not what you need. Take the time to learn how to use it - there is a learning curve with any new program/software. We are able to have several different groups of people work from various locations at the same time. This allows us to cover all bases and meet the many volunteer service needs out there.
Pros
- I like being easily accessible through my computer or mobile device wherever we may be located without having access issues due too location differences
Cons
- Not much flexibility about scheduling other than weekly blocks.
- Does NOT allow users schedules over eachother (ie., two staff members cannot see another's calendar.)
