It's so simple once used but when looking through someones schedule there are certain things they could have done better in their own words instead if just adding what needs changing would be helpful as well. I love how quick ministry schedulers is when managing our volunteer schedule! It's also great because we don't have as many errors in sending out emails or texts compared other programs i've used before this one (like Vistage). The ability to schedule in multiple locations at once is very helpful when trying to accommodate different volunteer needs. It takes some time to get used to the software, but once you have figured out how to do things, it is very user friendly. If you are looking for an online scheduler that has a lot of features, this one is probably not what you need. It allows me as an administrator or volunteer coordinator/leader so much flexibility in managing my schedule without having any tech skills necessary (aside from knowing where everything goes). It can do everything that you need it to and nothing more. It's very expensive with monthly plans over $500 but if you need a simple calendar that can have reminders on it, it's great.
