Battery Does not work in Lenovo Laptop

BIOS and Windows 10 Operating System pop-up error message om startup: Genuine Lenovo Battery Not Attached; The battery installed is not supported and will not be charged. The battery is not charging. Unsure how to proceed. Laptop did boot and is running from the replacement battery.

Pros

Old battery couldn't hold a charge, got this and so far working great.
