The battery fits the battery compartment well and provides a good battery life so far after multiple use/recharge cycles. If it continues to hold up, I would give 5 stars for durability as well.

This battery worked for less than one year. I bought it and forgot it and then my computer (ThinkPad E420) started to mysteriously shut down, black screen, no warning. I almost bought a new computer thinking it was a major issue - turns out it was this poor quality battery triggering a hard shutdown :( I took the battery out and just plugged in my computer straight to the wall and it's totally fine now. No new laptop needed, just a better battery!

BIOS and Windows 10 Operating System pop-up error message om startup: Genuine Lenovo Battery Not Attached; The battery installed is not supported and will not be charged. The battery is not charging. Unsure how to proceed. Laptop did boot and is running from the replacement battery.

I got this battery for my Dell laptop and with the price I paid and quality of the product I received, I am pretty satisfied with it. It's been only 4 days and I have no problem with the laptop. It came on time.

Not sure if I had a fluke bad battery or if this is a poor dedign. But it only lasted about a month before it would not hold a charge.

The battery get unchanged very fast in less than 2 hours will go from 100% to 20%. Also at the beginning the battery doesn't wanted to charge.

Computer (T430) reports this as non-genuine Lenovo battery and will not charge it. Windows 7 maintains "69% life, not charging."Lenovo ThinkPads for many years (Google it) have used DRM to reject third-party batteries, and this one is no exception. Unless the battery contains their authentic chip, the machine will not charge it correctly. This is a well documented problem reported all over the internet. Pay the $65 for a genuine Lenovo part.

If you own a thinkpad, i would highly recommend use the preinstalled software to limit charging to 60-70%. I have mine set to stop charging at 60% due to me using it for work and thus always plugged in. The battery stats still says its above the capacity which is nice.Big hurdle was that lenovo whitelists batteries only made by them. So this battery won't charge until you install patched version of BIOS in your laptop. If you do a search online you'll find it easily.

Great fit and the battery had a full charge. I was a little hesitant thinking it might be old but after about a month of use it’s still holding a charge. With my Lenovo on low power it can last about 6 hours. Not bad.

It is compatible with my Lenovo T420 but it is NOT exactly as the picture shown in the description. For the price compare to OEM it's a good alternative and does the job. I don't know about durability since I just got it but the charge last just as long as the original battery.It arrived on time and the seller communicates well and responds in a timely manner.

Bought it for my T430 because it was cheap. Did the job for a year, but now it claims it's completely charged, and ACPI tells me the battery health is 100%. However the laptop can no longer power on unplugged, and as soon as I unplug it the laptop dies.I've checked it against a known good battery, and the laptop works fine.Do NOT buy this battery! The longevity is terrible.
