The top over dress may be a bit snug.
I think the quality is good. I wear a misses 10-12. After reading the reviews, I ordered a lg/Xlg. The dress fits, but is high waisted and they should have allowed more room in the over vest for bust & midriff etc.,as it is going snugly over the dress! Thought I could wear just the dress w/o over vest, but the dress has an elastic-gathered empire-ish top that does nothing for ones shape. I will see if someone in my family might like it rather than the trouble of sending it back.
