This is a typical SCAM battery that makes you think your getting a deal when you buy the solar kit! I was sent a 100ah 12v and it won't fully charge. I didn't realize this was a problem until after the 30 days of trouble shooting. My battery when I fully charged it would only charge up to 12.9v. It will NOT stay in the 13v range. dropping voltage between the 12.6v to 12.4v range. LET THE WORLD KNOW THAT RENOLOGY NEEDS TO GO! BY NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. DON'T EVEN GET THE PANELS! LISTEN TO ALL THESE PEOPLE THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH THE RINGER TO GET A GOOD PRODUCT! THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT! OR GOOD CUSTOMER CARE. Best Buy helped in the SCAM. I was falsely directed that I would be able to return this item by January 31 2023. What is a 3rd party purchase ? Or, how are all purchases not 3rd party purchases since Best Buy is a middle man sales platform?
