The one thing I can say is that the installation instructions are pretty much useless

Very solid constructed piece. I used it for a 5ft barn door I made and it is holding it quite well. The one thing I can say is that the installation instructions are pretty much useless. The seller took longer than expected to get it to my door so when I contacted them about it, the package was lost and they expedited a new delivery within a couple of days. Overall a good purchase but you should not rely on the instructions to get you through the install.
