Effective if you are diligent and consistent

Charges and works well in pairs and it's also very easy to switch between vibrate and sound modes. My mom used this to get her cat to stop bullying a much smaller cat. He's very annoyed, but it works. Took about two weeks of constant use, but now it's a lot less harsh, even without the collar. This is NOT a breakaway collar so do not leave it on your cat when you are not around or when the kitten has access to the outside.
