First, it only hangs on the outside of the doors (ie doesn't fit if you try to hang it from the doorstop at the top of the door frame). And the height is not adjustable, because the mechanism failed immediately. Second, and perhaps most importantly, the motor is incredibly weak and will not "return" the ball. Rather, the wheels inside stop when the ball is in the chute, making it incredibly difficult to retrieve the ball. Third, the scoreboard and "announcer" aren't worth it. We tried disabling this feature to make the reverse motor "funnier" but couldn't figure out how. I would say the volume (which is NOT adjustable) isn't very loud so that would be a plus for us. but overall not worth it. All in all it was a waste of money. My poor kid was so excited about this on Christmas morning and here we are, two days after Christmas, on the porch with the toy waiting for UPS to pick it up and bring it back to Revane.
