It is impossible to use, a bad product.
We needed an adapter that works under both Windows and Linux, and not all manufacturers are now declaring such support. From TP-LINK used an old adapter before, it was just hassle free. But this model is just terrible. I was able to get it to work normally using only a USB cable and raising the adapter almost to the ceiling, taking into account the fact that the router is 3 meters away (it would be better if I threw a twisted pair cable from the router). When connected directly to the rear USB port, the reception becomes no, it becomes impossible to use the Internet. When connected from the front to a USB port on Linux, the adapter is not visible at all.

- - Disgusting reception, only works properly when using the USB cable as an extension cable.
