I don't use an iron often but this iron was easy to use and I thought it had great controls and settings. It heats up quickly and I like that it gives off heat because my hair is very thin and can get damaged if the heat is too high. This straightener gives me peace of mind that I'm at a safe temperature when styling my hair. I also like the Revlon brand which I trust unlike some other branded products.
