These struts are very strong, a good replacement for the old ones that made my sunroof bang against my head causing a lot of discomfort! Installation required a bit of fiddling to line up the connectors. I had to rotate them to adjust the small spot where the ball goes in, but after that they went in with a nice push. Be careful when you let go of the hatch. let's say from the middle or the very top, the pressure is quite strong and may rock the car or the sunroof, it's better to let it rise from below or gently push up when the sunroof is already open.
