I installed luggage racks on a 2010 Mini Cooper S. Installation took only minutes and they fit just like genuine Mini Cooper parts. Racks provide adequate strength. The packaging was good and the kit came with installation instructions. I would definitely order them again and would recommend others to order them as well. Although I installed them on a 2010 Mini Cooper S I'm sure they will fit almost any model.

Very easy install on my 2006 Mini Cooper S Hatchback. Literally 30 seconds at a time, all you need is a flat head screwdriver to pry the clips to remove the old ones and then simply slide the new ones into place which will snap into place with an audible pop. My sunroof no longer tries to fall on my head, when I press the button to open the sunroof the door quickly lifts itself, very happy with this product, it was money well spent.

Direct mount, easy to install on my R53. Looks well made and packaged. The only problem I have is that they are too strong. If you open the sunroof and let it open freely, the car will shake almost violently. And when you're closing the sunroof, don't keep your hands busy because the intense pressure means you'll need at least one free hand to close the license plate. Closing it anywhere other than the license plate is sure to cause a dent in the bodywork.

These struts are very strong, a good replacement for the old ones that made my sunroof bang against my head causing a lot of discomfort! Installation required a bit of fiddling to line up the connectors. I had to rotate them to adjust the small spot where the ball goes in, but after that they went in with a nice push. They really hold the hatch to the point where you have to pull down with both hands to close it.
