Chicks love it. It seems that they did not find it difficult to eat these pieces, even if they had to. They peck big crumbs to make them smaller, crumbs break easily. Chick droppings look healthy. The chicks are well developed, well feathered, there is no lack of structure. They love it, it's expensive, but I wanted them to have organic food like we want organic eggs and for the chicks to have a good, basic start in life. Also goes well with crushed fruit as a treat! Would buy it again for the next chicks
