I will not wear any other mouthpiece when lifting.
I only use this for maximum effort heavy lifts and power moves. After 2 times longer than recommended by the company, I finally changed my first mouthpiece. I will continue to buy them as they wear out and sanitize them regularly after use so they stay in good condition longer. Proper molding is REQUIRED for the product to function properly. I will keep buying until I die or stop training.
