I like that it can help me find my medical records, which are scattered around different offices and doctors' office locations! It's easy for anyone who knows how to use computers or has basic knowledge of Google searches/Gmail accounts etc., but if you're not tech savvy then this might take some time getting used to as there isn't much instruction included with your account set up (at least at first).
