I rolled out the dough both for dumplings and pasties, and this is quite a dense dough - everything is fine, the thickness of the dough is selected by the user, I tried to roll out the dough as thin as possible - it does not tear, it shines through the light. I also tried to make pasta - it cuts perfectly, the dough is also very dense. I recommend it, it is really produced in Italy - I checked it on the Italian website Marcato.
