Two of these are going to the landfill. My brother purchased one of these for me. It came with obviously broken electronics- the electronic plug in had mangled components and it would NOT work. Company advised they would send the components and expected me to rewire the machine. I told them that that was not an option. They sent me another one. This one- too- did not work. Did not turn on. I sent them video after video. They had me show them that I was plugging it in, etc. it also came with a short power cord.Another irritating thing is that BOTH machines came without screws needed to attach the handles! Both of them. I finally ordered an Urevo. No problems whatsoever.
