I will write this review for people who are going to buy this bike rack and second for those who already have it. Just so you know I have a Rad Rover 5 fat tire electric bike.1. People who want to buy this rack and own a heavy electric mountain bike should know that this is a very strong bike rack, but there is a problem with the repair. On a bumpy road, the clamp will slowly move up and eventually your bike will fall over. The straps are not very strong to hold an electric bike. Please consider this minus before buying. This probably doesn't apply if you have a lighter mountain bike. Ask the company to provide you with a lock solution.2. People who have already bought this bike should drill a hole in the center section, just above where the rubber grip attaches to the bike frame. The best way to do this is to mount the bike on a rack and then drill a hole. You can purchase a "Universal Bracket Pin" with holes and a "Bracket Pin" available at Home Depot or any hardware store. Secure your bike and avoid what happened to me. I spent a lot of money and time getting my electric bike repaired and to be honest I had to return this rack after the incident. But I kept this rack with a little tweaking and it's fine now. I hope my review helps someone.
