Can finally hear the conversation

I got this yesterday and literally never took it out of my ear after charging except to sleep. It has great sound quality and finally my son told me he can actually hear me! I have a Lifeproof phone case and for the last 2 years no one can hear me unless I am tethered to the phone with a cable and I have always had trouble hearing through the case. I don't know why I've never bought one before. I love it. While holding a charge all day long.
