breakage problems; Carriers don't listen to the customer to fix the problem.

I sent them back 3 times, no 4 times because of breakage! It was sooo annoying. I blame the warehouse and carriers for this miserable experience. One of the spare cans was even bent and dented! This was after I had written to them twice about the most likely reason for the breakage - they were not properly prepared/packaged for rough handling when the items are delivered to you in the post. As a result, I gave up the 4th bank. I've sharpened about 3 pencils and haven't sharpened anymore because I'm afraid they will break AGAIN! Derwent can also get into trouble if they are too sensitive to get through the mail system to my house that often. I've tried to be patient as pencils that aren't broken or are already broken have great bright colors and fit well. They contained a beautiful pink that is hard to find. Very very nice. Oh, did I mention the high cost of Derwent pencils? I don't like spending big bucks on broken/broken wires leading to a tree.

Pros
  • OUTSTANDING CONSISTENCY: Chromaflow colored pencils offer a smooth color application for easy blending, layering and blending.
Cons
  • Very expensive
