Subaru does not have an ez30 power steering pump reseal kit and the service manual says it should be replaced not repaired. A new pump costs $500, which is way too much, especially for a 21-year-old car. Aftermarket pumps, whether new or remanufactured, are manufactured to a low level of quality. I used this kit to test a factory Subaru pump. This kit is fairly complete. Contains unique o-rings that are difficult to order individually. The brand name of the shaft seal is Koyo, a well-known brand name for Asian products. The only complaint I have is that the small nylon gaskets (black and white) that seal the blade/rotor housing are too short. I had to reuse the original fills, but it still worked. As a warning, be careful when doing this job. Take your time and snap photos along the way. Passing the pump is not much fun and there are many opportunities to make mistakes. (For example, put the pressure valve back in front. Ask me how I know that.) This isn't a very beginner/do-it-yourself process. For $15 I would say this kit is totally worth it. The pump definitely works well and is quiet. I will update this review as needed.
