Review on 🌞 Foiresoft Basic, White, 34x47 inch Zebra Roller Blinds, Dual Layered Shades, Sheer/Privacy Light Control, Day/Night Window Drapes, 20-110 inch Width by Jasmine Harris

I ordered two of these curtains for my recently renovated bedroom. The blinds I ordered are either gray and go really well with my light gray walls and I have a dark gray ceiling. I make my own blinds, it's easy. On one of the blinds I decided I needed to trim the cord because I have a 1 year old granddaughter well when I wanted to attach the little plastic piece that comes with the kit to hold it together every time I try to to pull the blinds. it gets hooked at the top and falls off when it breaks the 4th time it fully detaches. I contacted the seller and they sent me a letter telling me to pull gently, well I've always pulled them gently, there was no need to pull hard and it fell apart anyway. I emailed them back and explained it to them and it's been 3 days and I still haven't gotten a response from them. I spent $55 apiece on these blinds and that may not seem like much to some, but I work hard for my money and I'm not saying you can cut the cord and tape it to this piece of plastic to keep it banging. I love the blinds but I don't like that I can't use this blind because of this problem and I haven't gotten a response from the seller yet. If I had known this would be a problem I would not have declined. Cord and would like to secure the cord somehow so my granddaughter can't get it and hurt herself. As I said I love the blinds but the seller I will not be buying from them again and am considering returning the blinds. Didn't answer me at all after I said I didn't pull the blinds roughly. I had to go for artificial plantation blinds like my sister did. Lesson learned!
